Everyone is extremely happy to be wearing their new uniforms today. The camaraderie between the two workgroups is great. It's really been a great unifier.
If it is fostering some camaraderie between the employees, that is certainly good to hear. It is likely one of the more important elements of the move by United. As somebody else said, hopefully this boosts morale and reinvigorates the employees, leading to a more positive and consistent customer service front. It is at least a step in the right direction from an integration perspective.
