Everyone is extremely happy to be wearing their new uniforms today. The camaraderie between the two workgroups is great. It's really been a great unifier.
It's great to hear that the uniforms are serving some purpose!
For many UA passengers (myself included), we're just hungry for something to get excited about that makes UA/CO feel like the airline we've loved for so long. At each opportunity, new UA seems to fall short relative to competitors (e.g., tired livery, operational issues/cancellations, dated website, 3-3-3 in 787 Y). This feels like another example of adequate but not spectacular. The airline has lost its pride and soul. That's the disappointment in our horrible attitudes.
