I wouldn't be too concerned about the Ink. You have to realize how many thousands of applications they are trying to process this week. I was recently approved for a SW Biz card (my only other Biz card from Chase was an Ink), but only after 2 phone calls (both rejections) and an SM (success!). And this was using SS for both. With enough persistance you can probably get the Ink. The only reason I'd say otherwise is if you've applied for more than 6 Chase cards in the past year (i.e. this Ink app would be 7th), or if you already have 2 or more Chase Biz cards and you didn't use an EIN in the new Chase Ink app.

The USBank CC card may be a lost cause though. From the thread for that card it seems the success rate amongst churners is pretty low. Not to be rude, but it probably wasn't the best idea to apply for that card if you're a regular 91-day churner and you would be upset if you don't get it.
