My first call to retention met with a lady claiming there is no offer on the account. Now it could just be that I started with a soft "considering closing the account." Or I just met with a person who decided to be not helpful.
Because when I asked her what my options are of downgrading, she pointed me to do my own research on the website.
My second call: I started asking to close the account. The offer of the $125 credit (after $4,500 spending in 3 months) was offered.
This is for a 1-year old TY Premier card.
