Correct. That would be the functional equivalent of today's low-spend Platinum, so that member would be taking a hit with the new scheme both in overall qualifying tier and confirmed upgrade instruments.
A Premier Platinum who qualifies for the tier based on flying + spending will earn two RPUs, but to earn any additional RPU deposits (setting GPU aside), the member must reach 1K with applicable PQM/PQS and PQD.
