I have to agree with Sheryl that the $100 savings on a future ticket may not offset the higher prices for summer tickets purchased after June.

At first I thought this was a god send for me as I travel back and forth between LAX and SJC on AA. $100 off of a future ticket for buying a ticket on Expedia was too good to be true considering that my tickets are only ~$100 each. Basically I thought "wow, buy one, get one free!"

But, if you look at the "terms and conditions" for the $100 off, there are minimum prices for the price of the ticket you must purchase in order to redeem the $100 savings. These minimum prices made the deal too expensive for me to take advantage of.
