I'm confused about insurance options. Do I choose w/insurance (what extra do I need to get)? or No deductible. This is alot of money for 2 days!
Avis Punto $378 w/ ins
Hertz Punto $402 w/ins
Hertz Punto $473 no ded
Should I get insurance4carhire? What about coverage with a credit card?
Is it easy to return to FCO instead of Orvieto? Then we need to get into city.
Any helpful comments will be appreciated. Been searching different codes found on this thread and I have a huge headache

Your post gave me a huge headache! You are all over the place here, and you have not even given the basic information necessary for someone to help you! First, where do you live, and do you have automobile insurance where you live? That is where to start for your insurance questions. If you live in the USA, most automobile insurance policies in the USA have coverage for car rentals, some even in other countries. If you have auto insurance, call your agent and ask, "Am I covered, what should I do about rental car insurance in Italy?" Second, check with your credit card companies to find out which ones offer you insurance coverage of some kind if you charge the rental to that card. Not all credit cards are the same, so check on all of them, and then use the card which is most beneficial to you for car rentals. Once you have those answers, come back and let us know, and we will better be able to give you advice, since hopefully the insurance question will no longer be a question for you.
Also, I have no idea what N711304 is. Yes, it sounds like an Avis AWD number, but what company or group or association is it for?
Finally, if you live in the USA, according to the insurance4carhire website, insurance4carhire is not available for you, since it is only being offered to RESIDENTS of the EEC.
