I would be very suprised if you couldn't be moved to a non-accessible room, either by making the reservation and calling Hilton or dealing with the hotel itself on the phone or at check in.
Thanks, yeah - checked availability again a couple days ago and standard king rooms had opened up, so I was able to call up and (after a bit of maneuvering) have them switch it. Good to know they're generally able to work this stuff out for the guest.
