I called Diamond line to use suite upgrade certificate to upgrade my booking for late June stay. While the Hyatt website shows Grand Executive Harbour Suite is available, the Diamond line told me this suite is not part upgradable inventory using Suite upgrade certificate. How did you get confirmed upgrade to this suite? Did you call The hotel directly to request the upgrade?
