My dad, a longtime airline/flight geek, is turning 70 this fall. He's THAT guy who has to stop in the cockpit on every flight to say something to the flight crew, or ask a question.

I thought it would be cool to get him a gift certificate to fly in a flight simulator.

Google isn't giving me much help in the DC area. Anyone aware of any flight simulators open to the public?
