I wouldn't be booking a room now for February. Every year, there are winter and summer promotions, so I would wait for a better rate. We're still 9 months from next February, and it's not likely to sell out anytime soon! I'm sure they will repeat the Everyone's an Original Winter Offer again, which could mean at least 25% or 30% off, or perhaps something like a 3rd night free.

If you have an American Express, even the standard Amex rates available now will give you that price plus a 4th night free.
