I would be remiss not to add Pho Chi in Gaithersburg, MD to this thread. It's a funny little place, tucked behind a gas station. It's a beer/wine shop with an area with a handful of tables, hardly high on the ambiance side of things. But man, the pho is great. No other place in MoCo compares. The broth is wonderfully flavorful and nicely spiced. More cinnamon-y and anise-y than others, but I like it that way.

Along with the standard bottles of Sriracha and hoisin sauce, they have this homemade chili concoction that is simply addictive. I could sit and eat the chili straight from the container.
