But it doesn't appear anyone's upgrades processed on either segment, both showing booked 13/24 and 14/24 which is similar to yesterday.

I don't believe the phone agents have any way of knowing whether a CPU should have happened or not. I've been told that many times in the past, and many others here have posted the same.

This honestly sounds more like a misinformed agent who thinks they see that you should have been upgraded (maybe because you told them there was R inventory and they assumed you were right that this meant something) and assumed something was wrong that caused the upgrade not to happen.

Well-meaning perhaps, but it really doesn't sound like we're learning anything new here.
