Called today, UA agent says, "the honest answer is...we don't know why these problems happen." .Com agent says, "Upgrade should have happened, I will put in a priority message" to the technology team to review this.
Well that's some refreshing honesty.
They do seem to be fixing the bugs in the GPU upgrade process. I cleared off the waitlist HKG-SFO last night without R space ever showing as available (no EF alert).
