Diamond for 14 straight years. They gave me Diamond until 2016.

Called SPG because I had a few stays coming up beyond my control. They gave me Gold. My last 5 stays have been at Sheratons. Cheaper than some of the Hamptons I was going to stay at. Got breakfast at all except one. Club access when available. Free Internet. Better pillows. I'm gone...
