I used miles to book a RT LGA/ORD, which flies the ERJ. According to seatexpert.com, the only 'better' seats is first row of economy, #5. But according to delta.com site, they're offering economy comfort seats for the first 4-5 rows of economy: $29 each way for these seats plus early boarding.

I've not flown Delta in years....appreciate the help.
The first row has the best legroom on the ERJ and many of the commuter jets. The other rows are standard domestic EC - some additional leg room, but no extra recline or free spirits. Whether $29 is worth it is up to you. If it were the bulkhead, it may be worth it, but a "regular" EC seat may or may not be a good value to you.
