Actually I've completed that form 3 times since I renewed.
I did complete it again today, as that was indicated on the support web page as the recommended way to send a support request about registration issues (though I have also emailed to the support email address, but received no response).
We have received 3 submissions (2 via the Form and 1 via E-Mail) and they were all dated yesterday.
