I understand what you're saying (a thread across multiple forums allowing global comments that would populate all of the threads?). I think it's a great idea though can't recall any recent public discussion on the topic. Has Internet Brand indicated any interest in making this happen?
We had this ability (global comments) in the Comm Center I retired from. If you took a call on a shooting, it would generate simultaneous incidents for both police and fire and from that point forward any comments entered would populate both calls.
