It's been known to happen in various forums - ie, I received too many points, airline miles, they didn't take the int'l systemwide upgrade cert, etc.

Rule of thumb on that sort of thing is be grateful, keep your head down/mouth shut, hope they don't catch it, but don't complain if they do.
