Simple using another slightly narrower pin that is longer than the barrel to hammer out the pin, and then pull your narrow pin out and the barrel hinge should come apart. For this reason you should consider modifying your Zero Halliburton by crimping the hinge barrel on both ends so that the hinge pin can't be hammered out.
