Thanks, mduell. I will have a confirmed onward ticket with a scheduled transit time much shorter than 24 hours, so unless some exceptionally long delay occurs, it does not look like I require a visa. Worst case scenario, TIMATIC indicates I could get a 96-hour transit visa on arrival.
