Fortunately, under the "Help" menu, there is a FlyerTalk Glossary; "RTW" is generally used to mean "(A)Round The World". "Repos" - here it means repositioning cruises - can often be had for bargain rates considering the services and amenities available and intercontinental travel. Not so good for those who cruise mostly for ports of call or demand a lot of stimulating activities, great for those who want ~two weeks to write, study, contemplate, enjoy a "minimoon", etc.

repositioncruises.com. They cover the major cruise lines ships relocation cruises, and they even have the schedule of may be 90% of the Transatlantic repositioning cruises 2013 at
this link which is about repositioning cruises from Europe to USA and from UK to Canada/New England - if "NA" signifies North America that is. The Transatlantic page has only departure dates and the cruise ports of departure/arrival, so for prices you have to go to the line's page there.
