A thought - upgrades (yes or no) are easily noted on our activity on united.com - it won't give you information as to 'when', but I would be all in favor of uploading an xls.csv file with my united.com information versus typing in each flight. Then I could possibly note "when" or other information.
A bulk import tool would be nice indeed, although I am wondering if it wouldn't add noise to the data: besides the "when", you would also lose the "how" (instruments).
Alternatively, we could integrate with the TripIt API, similar to what OpenFlights does.
How do people feel about the two options?
