Honestly, if I wanted good food, service and a posh stay I probably wouldn't stay in Puerto Rico at all... BUT, all I expected was decent food, service and stay which is the minimum we generally have at a Hyatt property anywhere we stay. Not crappy all the way around as this was.
Well, I'm not sure why in the first place you had such expectations about this property. I did my research before I made the reservation. I knew in advance what to expect, and still opted to go and had a great time. Hyatt has great, good and bad properties everywhere...In regards to good food, service and posh stays, well its just a matter of opinion.
