PEK definitely has the VIP meet-and-greet service, although it's not worth the money at all from what I saw. Girl walking next to a businessman texting and checking her weixin. Had the bags come out along with everyone elses, and they took the shuttle train together, where I saw her take a phone call from (what seemed to be) her boyfriend.
I would love if they opened up the e-channel to those who travel in and out all the time.
