Very disappointing property if you are expecting a Hyatt experience. Poorly trained staff that are at best apathetic and at worst downright rude. No diamond benefits at all.
It will be interesting to see if I can get the resort fees waived through Hyatt but honestly I'm not even going to approach the front desk staff about it.
Thankfully we were only booked for one night - of course with a 4 pm check in (we got here at 6) and a 10 AM checkout we barely had time to use the beach or facilities.
