Sounds like United is getting more like US...
We dont have power anywhere.
We dont have IFE (they ripped that out to save weight)
We do have WIFI.
Its really not that bad. Everyone has devices that will last the duration of a transcon these days. If not, I dont know what kind of laptops youre buying.
At least our seats are super comfortable.
