Same here, redeemed e-rewards on April 1st to my Hertz account. Past transactions were completed in a timely manner. This time nada. I wonder if the fact we did it on April 1st is the issue because they were bombarded. My previous one was end of January. Other companies state one redemption every 90 days but with Hertz it is once per quarter so if you did not redeem in January or February you could redeem in March and then again in April as they are two different quarters.
My roommate redeemed end of March and the points were in her account within a couple days.
rookie10 if you could keep me updated on your situation and I will do the same. I didn't know it was 6 to 8 weeks. All my various e-Rewards redemptions have gone through within a week.
For the next Hertz redemption I will probably wait until end of July since it doesn't matter when in the quarter you do it, you still can only redeem once per quarter.
