You mentioned about the frequent flyer programme of Qatar Airways, whatever you earned using that account does not have any relationship with Marco Polo Club/Asia Miles. Surely, what you earn there is NOT transferable, just like any other FFPs, ie. BA Executive Club, AAdvantage etc. They remain as separate FFP accounts.

You can only earn Club Miles and Asia Miles when Qatar officially join oneworld. Though there are some rare cases where you can start earning Asia Miles if Qatar and Asia Miles begin their partnership earlier.
