Alaska is pretty close to the center of the overseas terminal (a bit to the west side), but it's an easy walk across the road to the satellite rental car counters (budget and a couple others in what are essentially tiki huts), and not much further across the parking lot to the main offices. They all run shuttles, but I always walk it unless we're really overwhelmed with luggage.
