My wife recently signed up and received a Marriott Visa with CHASE in Canada. We will likely use this card a lot next year as there is NO Foreign Exchange Fee (no 2.5% like everyone else).

Two questions...

1) Can we prepay the card with 10-15,000 dollars so we can purchase RTW flights on it? I think her credit limit is $2500?

2) Anyone have any idea if you really save 2.5% or does chase using artificailly inflated exchange rates?
