Option 5 is inferior to Options 2, 3, 4 and 6. Heck, even doing the math, Option 1 is better if you have the need for 3 Cat 4 nights. Three nights at Cat 4 is the equivalent of 60k points, whereas Cat 5 is only 45k points. Two nights at a Cat 5 is worth 50k points. Not to mention these awards require very few stays, as opposed to Option 5, which requires one stay in MI properties 25 of the 118 nights during the promo period. (22% of the nights during the period)
