If you intended this to be a serious question:
The pronunciation of "Mc" is not changed by what follow it. So pronouncing or not pronouncing the dubya is irrelevant.
(Actually, with a name like McCoy, the first c is silent, and what follows the Mc does make a difference when Mc is followed by C or K or L.)
(Also the Mc can be pronounced like mak or mek depending on what follows the Mc. And the dictionary writes that mek with an upside down e.)
