I thought it would be nice keep a chart of when it's best to book partners award seats to find F/C availability. Please chime in with corrections/experiences.

LH: disappearing availability, only T-14 for F
OS: no C availability after late July
LX: No F, disappearing C availability. Only chance further out
TG: T-331, except A380 (better availability close-in)
SN: further out
SK: Further out
TK: Disappearing availability further out. Close in?
SQ: no F/C on long hauls
NH: close in availability for F. Sometimes, C further out
OZ: t-331
NZ: t-331, availability only on Asia routes
SA: t-331
ET: t-331
MS: t-331
It's not specifically mentioned, but I assume this is a UA-centric view of the award availability world? This might be better in the UA forum.

Not true. I booked SIN-DEL on a 773 with new F recently, and flew a week or two ago.

+1

It'd be great to have something reliable to refer to, but after studying/using this quite a bit over the past few years, I think revenue management is a bit more complicated than just saying availability is 'now' or 'later'. Sure, LH F is easy to predict at this point, with increasing availability after T-15ish, but saying NH has F close-in only isn't true, as another example. Sometimes yes, but I also booked MUC-NRT in NH F about 7 months out from a trip.
