I am just trying to weigh out the pros and cons how much do I really save in $$ and time, or should I just purchase a F class ticket and be done with it? If I want the comfort I definitely don't mind paying a F ticket. I fly 15-25 times a year. Seeing if its worth it.
If you don't mind paying for an F seat, then there's likely no real benefit. You're likely a low elite anyway.

I rarely MR, but will if I'm pretty darn close to a threshold. I feel the best idea is to optimize routing on routes where you have free time and can gain a few miles if you're in that situation. Additionally, it's often helpful as it means I get to avoid ATL (I hate connecting through ATL, but One Flew South makes it a little less painful)
