New Website - continuing issues...
I know this matter was raised before, but did no see any recent posts. I am still finding the new website problematic, was curious if others were also facing these issues or not:
1) Online check-in: I tried to do this while flying out of AUH a couple weeks ago, and was unable to do so on two separate attemps. Each time the website froze halfway through the process.
2) Etihad Guest: if you use a "username" as opposed to your account number to log in, it is impossible to redeem an award online. And the account history page appears to be the old style/system while the award booking page is the new style/system.
Our office has a large amount of people flying EY, and the office travel desk has been telling us of continuing issues with new system.
Am I missing something, can anyone else share their experiences or advice on how to manage online check-ins and award bookings?
