i dont think the orders are blocked by citi because i had no trouble paying for AA taxes with the card (or using the card elsewhere). i think the card has been flagged and somehow banned by the AA GC division and there doesn't seem a way to fix it...
Same here, my order was not even shown up as pending and when I called AA gift card customer service, I was told the order was flagged by AA GC division, and she doesn't know why. This seems happened to a lot of people, I remember reading it on the board but couldn't find the post that finally solved this issue.
Anyone else can help with this issue?
