An update- good spot but they do start charging at 7 AM moved car a bit closer (up 5 spots) and put in $3 worth of quarters. Yes, that's $0.25 for 10 minutes! and left a bit after 9 PM. Didn't seem too many folks were worried about paying at 7 AM...wonder when they go through to actually start ticketing (I know in Chinatown HPD is out out in force)
