British? What about the Australians? A large proportion of people at both ends of the flight would expect pork as part of a 'full breakfast' (remove the English bit if you like).

I very much doubt it. I'd expect the aircraft to fill up at both ends of the route, not during the transit stop. I believe that this was the same at SIN too, the proportion of passengers who got off or joined at SIN was significantly lower than those who originated or terminated at SYD/MEL or LHR.

Give me a break. You can't actually be serious? If you go to Ireland, it's called an Irish breakfast, the ingredients are slightly different but it's still basically the same thing, same for Scotland. Call it a 'full' breakfast if it sounds better.
Should people stop serving 'French' toast now because that would be pandering to the French? Seriously......
