Ahem, I know this thread is super-old, but since when I was looking for info it kept coming up and it disgruntled me, I'll just update it: yes, Elite+ passengers flying any skyteam airline get access to the OSLounge, which is in the International side of the terminal, right after the duty free

So, no fears.
