Suntrust locked my account, says I have to fly from DFW to MS or GA!?!?
This is complete stupidity at its best. I opened an account last week online. Flew to Peru afterwards and tried to login with their mobile app to check on status of transfer into account. Didn't work. I get back Sun and try to login, still doesn't work. Reset passwords multiple times, still doesn't work.
Just got off the phone with CSR, CSR's Manager, and that manger's manager. Because I attempted to login from another country, my account is locked until I go in person to a bank to verify identity. I am in Texas. The nearest branch is in MISSISSIPPI. I offered to fax info, anything they wanted. Video Conference. Nothing - they refuse.
W T .. F???!?
Anyone have this happen? Resolved? Have high up contacts in the bank? I am reaching out to others that may know someone there to put a shoe up someones ... there.

EDIT: See my response on next page that VP of SunTrust fixed this all for me, but VERY unfortunately that their business processes still had me go through these hoops, that someone told me to fly to a branch in another state, and that their social media team decided to delete my comments on their page related to this.
