I would personally pck 13AB over 14JK.
The only reason we prefer 14AB to 13AB is because 13AB is one row closer to the bassinet position, although kids in WT+ tend to be very well behaved (I think they react well to the calmness in the cabin).
Personally, I would avoid 15AB as a pair. 15A is fine - the toilet is not a problem and you don't even have to be that slim to squeeze round between the seat and the sidewall and then between the seat back and the toilet wall (even when 15B is reclined). But 15B is very exposed and regularly gets whacked by passing traffic.

If it's going to happen, WT+ affords you about as good a chance as you're going to get. We have had this more times than our fair share.
