If I want to book a flight that is 8 months out, I have to click on the little > arrow 8 times to move 1 month at a time... but can't do it too fast or the calendar vanishes and I have to start over.
Yeah, it's very irritating, but I always just click on "More Search Options" right away, and that takes you to the "regular" booking page, where you do have the drop-down menu for month selection.
