Sounds like you will be looking for a late lunch - I suggest Olive et Gourmando at the corner of St.Pierre and St. Paul in Old Montreal. Hip, popular, excellent food (salads, sandwiches, superb cappucino) and inexpensive - listed in McLean's Top 50 Restaurants in Canada.
