I am in the DMV and got it in about 3 days after my online app. One thing I have noticed about ST is that they have an overzealous fraud department, I used my card to pay for my parent's tax return and bam! account got frozen and a block on the card, even after I answered all the public record questions, they still made me go into a branch and show them my ID to prove I am who I am.
