Outlook issues on GoGo

I've been having problems with Outlook (and OWA) on Gogo. I buy Gogo when I fly during business hours because I want to be connected and my company agrees, but for the past several weeks on Delta and US Airways I haven't been able to use Outlook. It says it's connected and doesn't sync, or just never connects.

I checked on Gogo and all they offered was to make sure I have outlook set to download headers only. That doesn't seem to make any difference.

Outlook works just fine on my phone, but I need to attach files and other things that I need my computer for so that isn't a viable alternative during a 4 hour flight.

OWA doesn't load the page either. That makes me wonder if it is something outside of my control and in the hands of my company's IT.

Pinging the email server results in timeouts. Other pages that require the VPN load just fine and OWA does not require a VPN connection and does not load.

Any other thoughts?
