Food: It was seriously a FEBO meal with a salad
Wines: Champers OK, wines a la Norton..
Crew: plenty, but god knows what they were doing
Arrival: No gate, was 15 min parked - bags arrived 40 min later....
KLM seriously needs to step it up in C...
On the contrast: EY BKK-AUH cash upgrade: 265 euro.
Seat: Flat, every seat aisle access
Food: fantastic, tastey, gourmet quality..
Wines: Champers Bollinger, wines excelent selections
Crew: two gents running the entire C cabin; eye for detail, flair and kinda fun.
Arrival: bags out in 15 min....
