Hey I fly Delta and am Proud to have finally made it to Silver, and I am looking forward to getting Gold this year, and with Luck I might make Platinum.
I don't have issues with the website, the Mobile app for my Ipad works and the Iphone too. I have used my miles to fly my wife with me on a trip, and will spend some to upgrade to First. I don't see them as anything other than miles I earned and will spend as I see fit.
None of these things makes me bad or less then any of the rest of you. So lets take a fresh look at why we are here and if you really hate it here and Delta so much then maybe you should find a new hangout online.

Glad you are happy. Most of us are generally happy, too. But there are issues that arise from time to time, and other issues that are constantly present. There is strength in numbers, and we hope that our discussion here will result in real improvements. We don't want to be satisfied with the status quo.
