I think it is either or. So for Silver you can either clock 25K tier miles or do 25 qualifying flights, for Gold you can do either 50K tier miles or 50 flights, but for Plat, the only way to qualify would be to earn 150K tier miles in your qualifying period.
So how does this work? Each flight is 1000 tier miles isn't it? I mean dxb doh is so if I did that 50 times I'd be gold anyway...
