£75. It is not the end of the world I suppose. And I know they have no obligation to do it. I was just hoping they would waive it using discretion, as I called up to explain the mistake less than an hour after booking
If you called within five minutes and they didn't change I'd think they were harsh but an hour? Plans can easily change in that time.
